You will learn in this seminar how to deal with the various expectations whilst still being a reliable and motivating leader, even within an international workforce. Moving to a leadership position requires you to alter your leadership identity in order to be successful in your new role. In this new position, you will face different responsibilities and tasks. This means developing new behaviours so you can face challenges and succeed in your new responsible position. This toolbox for leaders will help you to prepare for your new responsibilities as a leader, to develop your own approach to your leadership role. It will help you to be confident, even in difficult situations. Most importantly, you are taught how to moderate and lead effective communication and set and achieve motivating targets for yourself and your team.

Target Group

Junior managers, team leaders and project managers who are about to move into a leadership role or have recently been promoted to a new position in international businesses.

Method

Our seminars and workshops are structured in an interactive fashion (= 100 % Interaction und 0 % Powerpoint) and are based on neuroscientific findings of brainfriendly learning. The participants will have different learning experiences during many interactions in which they themselves are involved. They explore the topics with each other through a short, concise input-phase where they are supported by the trainer. Experiential and experience-based learning is the core of our seminars.
