Managers of all levels and industries who are interested in broadening their leadership repertoire and in developing their team members.

Goals

This seminar introduces you to the elements of a coaching leadership style and makes you familiar with its opportunities as well as its limits. Gaining clarity about your role and attitude and learning about another way of developing people will certainly enrich your personal repertoire of leadership tools.

Method

Our seminars and workshops are structured in an interactive fashion (= 100 % Interaction und 0 % Powerpoint) and are based on neuroscientific findings of brainfriendly learning. The participants will have different learning experiences during many interactions in which they themselves are involved. They explore the topics with each other through a short, concise input-phase where they are supported by the trainer. Experiential and experience-based learning is the core of our seminars.
