In our intensive seminar, you will learn to recognize the unique processes of group dynamics in your team, and how to influence these in a targeted manner, even from a distance. From now on, take an active role in shaping your relationships with your employees using optimized media communications and other tools, and build employee motivation to act independently in the long-term. With the right instruments, you can even avoid potential conflicts – reliably, and without having to be on site yourself. Decentralized corporate structures, international projects, flexible and mobile labor organizations – do you lead a team of employees where direct personal conflict is the exception, rather than the rule? This is a situation that’s all too common in the age of globalization and digitization, however, it’s also one that creates special challenges for managers and requires making changes to classic leadership techniques. An awareness of how to initiate, shape, and actively maintain working relationships from a distance through your own leadership behavior is crucial for success. It is possible to increase engagement and commitment from a distance, only by using simple leadership instruments and methods.
