In our Webinar „Basics of Leadership“ you will learn how to deal with various expectations whilst still being a reliable and motivating leader.

Moving to a leadership position requires you to alter your leadership identity in order to be successful in your new role. In this new position, you will face different responsibilities and tasks. This means developing new behaviours so you can face challenges and succeed in your new responsible position.

This toolbox for leaders will help you prepare for your new responsibilities as a leader and develop your own approach to your leadership role. It will help you to be confident, even in difficult situations. Most importantly, you are taught how to moderate and lead effective communication and set and achieve motivating targets for yourself and your team.

  • Tools for visual collaboration such as Mural, Conceptboard or Miro.

VORBEREITUNG UND ORGANISATION

  • For your optimal training preparation you will receive an invitation with the login data, as well as important additional information for the start.
  • The participants need a stable internet access, a camera and a microphone (e.g. headphones with integrated microphone).
  • Participation in this webinar requires no special previous knowledge.
  • The minimum number of participants is 3 and the maximum number of participants is 8.
  • The webinar has a duration of 3 x 3,5 hours.
