In our webinar “Professional moderating of online meetings” you will learn how to conduct your online meetings optimally and how to activate your participants again and again.

Your responsibilities include leading online meetings on a regular basis. Your participants are spatially distributed – possibly even across several time zones. It is your goal to conduct these online meetings more effectively and efficiently and to be able to lead your virtual team better.

  • Together we work out the decisive factors in five live modules to professionally plan and conduct online meetings and webinars.
  • You will learn about methods and tools to conduct your online meetings in a targeted and efficient manner as a moderator.
  • You will practice your moderation skills by using interactive practical exercises.

  • Tools for asynchron communication (communication before and after the webinar) such as mails, chats, SMS and WhatsApp.
  • Tools for sharing content such as Trello, Google Drive or Dropbox.
  • Tools for organizing such as Trello.
  • Tools for visual collaboration such as Mural, Conceptboard or Miro.

VORBEREITUNG UND ORGANISATION

  • For your optimal training preparation you will receive an invitation with the login data, as well as important additional information for the start.
  • The participants need a stable internet access, a camera and a microphone (e.g. headphones with integrated microphone).
  • Participation in this webinar requires no special previous knowledge.
  • The minimum number of participants is 3 and the maximum number of participants is 8.
  • The webinar has a duration of 3 x 3,5 hours.
