In our interactive webinar „Stakeholder Management“ you will learn how to identify and manage important stakeholders. You will also learn how to analyze their expectations, and how to influence decision-making processes.

Within the corporate or group environment, a team or department represents its own microcosm, a microcosm that cannot achieve success without commitment. Using the successful principles of lateral leadership, it is possible to gain influence and win the support of key collaborators without the formal exercise of power. This also includes understanding their interests, goals, and motives in order to lay the groundwork for a successful cooperation.

Based on concrete cases, you will train on how to communicate with all involved parties in your organization, even when dealing with differing or opposing interests. You will learn how to lead your own team members, keep them informed of relevant connections, and hold everyone on course.

  • Tools for asynchron communication (communication before and after the webinar) such as mails, chats, SMS and WhatsApp.
  • Tools for sharing content such as Trello, Google Drive or Dropbox.
  • Tools for organizing such as Trello.
  • Tools for visual collaboration such as Mural, Conceptboard or Miro.

  • Goals: The goal of the webinar „Stakeholder Management“ is to help you better understand processes in stakeholder management and to enable you to identify stakeholders, systematically analyze their needs and to get them excited about your project. A further goal is that you will be able to better assess important personality models and motivation theories in order to better assess different needs and apply the right communication strategy.

VORBEREITUNG UND ORGANISATION

  • For your optimal training preparation you will receive an invitation with the login data, as well as important additional information for the start.
  • The participants need a stable internet access, a camera and a microphone (e.g. headphones with integrated microphone).
  • Participation in this webinar requires no special previous knowledge.
  • The minimum number of participants is 3 and the maximum number of participants is 8.
  • The webinar has a duration of 3 x 3,5 hours.
